Meet The Artist
Hello, friends! My name is Tina Aguilar, a watercolor artist whose work centers on capturing the subtle beauty of seasonal change. Through highly detailed, hand-painted illustrations, my work explores quiet moments, detailed landscapes, familiar places, and the comforting rhythms of each season. My paintings evoke a sense of coziness and nostalgia, drawing inspiration from nature's colors, weather, and the textures that define each season of the year. Working primarily in watercolor, I highly value and emphasize craftsmanship, atmosphere, and peacefulness, creating images that invite viewers to slow down and linger.
I graduated from the University of North Texas and received a BFA in Interdisciplinary Art & Design Studies, covering all fields of art, which greatly satisfied my love of exploring new things to create. Drawing and painting has always been my strength, and I finally made the decision to start putting my work out there and begin selling my paintings in 2021. Like any business, I've had failures and success, but I've diligently and consistently been working towards slowly growing my business over the last few years. I'm so glad I took that step, and I'm so excited to continue growing and sharing my journey and love for art with you all. :)
Oh, and that's me with the glasses, my beautiful family, our true cat companion, and a few other
